Standard delivery is FREE within the UK*

Delivery rates are based on the shipping weight of your total order, this will automatically be calculated at checkout. 

We currently ship to the following locations: UK, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal & Spain.

Please note we currently only deliver within Europe.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is FREE within the UK*

European delivery rates will automatically be calculated at checkout. 

Standard Delivery times 2 - 5 business days from dispatch. 

Expedited Delivery

Expedited Delivery is available to allow you to receive goods sooner than you would through the Standard Delivery option and a proof of delivery (signature) will be required upon delivery. Expedited Delivery is only available in selected locations and will be shown at checkout where applicable. 

If you don't see the option to choose Expedited Delivery at checkout then either your item or address isn't eligible.

Expedited Deliveries are usually sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Items ordered by 2pm Monday - Friday should be received within 1 - 2 business days depending on your location.

Please note that we use Amazon fulfilment for some of our deliveries. We regret that the delivery carrier cannot be specified at the time of order. 

 

Please contact us within 10 working days from the date you placed your order if your order has not arrived. Failure to notify Pure Health within this period will result in you losing the ability to claim for reimbursement.

Pure Health cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.

Pure Health cannot be held responsible for items lost via standard delivery, we recommend you use Expedited Delivery where a proof of delivery (signature) will be required upon delivery, giving you protection against loss. 

If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete you must contact us within 24 hours. Failure to contact us within 24 hours will result in you losing the ability to have the item replaced. We will require photographic evidence of the damaged item/s and packaging.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of ordering. Please do not send your item back to us before receiving confirmation of an approved return.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date and time of ordering. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to Health & Safety reasons. We can only accept returns that are in their original condition, & all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the goods correctly so the product is not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing delivery insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned items lost in transit.
